General
What happens in bad weather?

We always try to find a suitable solution. If it is raining but expected to clear up within half an hour, we can postpone the start of the activity, provided it fits within both our schedule and yours.

What should I wear or bring?

It is a good idea to keep an eye on the weather. The beach is usually a little cooler than inland areas and, when the sun is out, we recommend bringing sunscreen. Since you will spend a lot of time outdoors, sunglasses are also useful. Wear whatever you would normally wear to the beach, preferably clothing that allows you to move freely. You will not get wet or dirty during our activities and workshops, although you may get a bit sandy depending on how active you are.

How accessible are the activities for people with disabilities?

Many locations and activities are accessible, although this varies by activity. Please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Can I shower or freshen up after an activity?

Various beach venues offer sanitary facilities. Availability differs by location.

Are you open during the winter?

Yes, activities are organised throughout the year, both indoors and outdoors.

Are there lockers available for my belongings on the beach?

This varies by location. Please ask in advance about the available options.

Food and Drinks
Where can I eat or drink before or after an activity?

We work with various beach clubs where breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and BBQs can be arranged.

What breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks options are available?

Various packages are available, ranging from simple lunches to extensive dinners, BBQs and drinks receptions.

Can dietary requirements (e.g. allergies, halal) be accommodated?

Yes, dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, halal or allergy-related requests can usually be accommodated when communicated in advance.

What drink options are available?

Various drink packages are available through our partner beach venues.

Workshops / Activities
Can the cocktail workshop be offered alcohol-free?

Yes, the workshop can also be provided entirely alcohol-free.

What is the difference between Expedition Scheveningen Budget, Complete and XL?

The differences mainly concern the duration, the number of challenges and the level of guidance. The XL version includes the most elements.

Can we still confirm the number of participants on the day itself?

We prefer to receive the final number of participants in advance. Last-minute changes depend on the situation and location.

How does the booking process work?

After your enquiry, you will receive a proposal or quotation. Once approved, the reservation will be confirmed and further arranged.

Can I move my booking to another date?

This is usually possible, subject to availability. Please contact the organisation to discuss the options.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations are possible in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and conditions.

How does payment work?

After confirmation, an invoice will be sent. Payment is generally made by invoice and bank transfer.

Do you have English and/or German-speaking instructors?

Yes, activities can be conducted in Dutch, English and often German as well.
